Mr. Beler was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He graduated from the College of Law in Saskatoon in 1994 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1995. He has practiced with Willows Tulloch (formerly Willows, Tulloch & Howe) since 1994. Mr. Beler is a general practitioner whose focus is primarily in the areas of criminal law, real estate, estates and estate planning. Tim is married, has four children and is very active in the community coaching a number of different sports.
