Scott has lived in Regina for most of his life. He obtained his degree in Business Administration from the University of Regina in 1987 and his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1990. Scott was admitted to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1991.
Scott is married with two children. He is a member of the Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan. His preferred areas of practice are real estate, small business/corporate matters, and family law.
