Neil Tulloch was born and raised in a small town south of Regina and graduated from Luther College in Regina in 1973.
He was admitted to the Law Society of Saskatchewan in 1980 after graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979 with a Bachelor of Laws.
Neil has practiced continuously in Regina since 1980 at the private bar. He is a certified mediator and member of the Canadian Bar Association, Regina Bar Association and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
Neil’s area of practice include Business and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Land Development, Estate Planning, Criminal Law and First Nation’s Law.
