Mr. Tulloch was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He graduated from Sheldon-Williams Collegiate in 1972. He obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan in 1975 and graduated from the College of Law in 1978. He was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1979.
Mr. Tulloch has practiced law in Regina since graduation, both in private practice and with Saskatchewan Government Insurance as a staff solicitor. He is a qualified mediator and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Law Society of Saskatchewan, Regina Bar Association and the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.
His preferred area of practice is civil litigation with emphasis on insurance law, professional liability, disability and personal injury claims.
